The sensor offers a comprehensive measuring range of 0 to 14 pH, covering the entire scale required for most industrial and environmental applications. At its core, the cylindrical glass membrane indicator electrode provides a rapid and accurate response to changes in hydrogen ion concentration.

 

Stability is paramount, which is why this electrode features a superior Ag/AgCl reference system protected by a double salt bridge and a robust KCl gel electrolyte. This design choice is crucial for minimizing junction potential and preventing contamination from process media, significantly extending the electrode's lifespan and maintaining signal accuracy, even in tough samples.

 

Constructed from durable glass with a porous ceramic sand core junction, the electrode is designed for continuous work in temperatures ranging from -15℃ to 80℃, making it a true wide temperature range pH probe. It maintains integrity under working pressures of up to 6 bar in medium and low-temperature settings, and up to 3 bar in high-temperature environments.Performance metrics confirm its high quality, with a zero point (E_0) of ± 0.25 pH at 25℃ and a slope (SLOP%) exceeding 95%. For accurate, temperature-corrected readings, the sensor supports customizable integrated temperature units including PT100, PT1000, and NTC10K.

 

Physically, the electrode conforms to industry standards with a φ12 mm diameter and 120mm length, which is also customizable to specific needs. Its PG13.5 installation size ensures quick, secure, and universal compatibility with most industrial electrode holders and flow cells.
